Internal Advisor/Sales Coordinator

Medicine Hat Toyota is an energetic, performance-driven automotive business, looking to add to our team.

We are looking for an Internal Advisor/Sales Coordinator to join our business. This fast-paced, hands-on position involves supporting our Finance Department and works closely with other departments in the dealership.

Requirements:

·         High school diploma and valid driver's license

Duties:

·         Write up work orders for all new and used vehicles

·         Work with the parts department to build proper sold and repair quotes to provide the sales department

·         Detail Department scheduling

·         Invoicing and closing repair orders in a timely manner

·         Oversee used vehicle reconditioning process

·         Warranty Submissions

·         Customer retention tasks

·         Customer Information Data Integrity

·         Interact with other staff members in a positive and productive manner

·         Maintain records and statistics
