Lloydminster Toyota is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detail & Accessories Coordinator to support our growing Detail and Accessories Department. This is a key role that keeps operations running smoothly by ensuring vehicles are prepped to perfection and outfitted with the right accessories before delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate scheduling of vehicle detailing and accessory installations

  • Liaise between sales, service, and parts departments to prioritize work orders

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned, polished, and ready for delivery

  • Track accessory orders and manage inventory

  • Quality check completed work for accuracy and standards

  • Assist with locating and assigning jobs to team members based on workflow

  • Provide administrative support as needed, including basic reporting and communication with vendors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Experience in automotive or dealership operations an asset

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)

  • Valid driver’s license required
