t You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to secure financing and leasing options that best fit their needs.

• Prepare and process all related documentation with accuracy and compliance.

• Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance partners to ensure competitive rates and efficient approvals.

• Present and explain protection products (warranties, insurance, etc.) with full transparency.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Maintain full compliance with AMVIC and OEM standards, ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory requirements.

• Proactively monitor and achieve departmental goals related to finance and product sales.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance Office Administrator (Toyota or other OEM experience an asset).

• Proven ability to secure financing and maintain lender relationships.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• AMVIC license or eligibility to obtain one.
